Lavender Shortbread Cookie Mix
This shortbread cookie is crisp, buttery with a sweet note of lavender.
Handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Recipe:
½ cup butter, cut into pieces
Lavender Shortbread Cookie Mix
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl using a mixer combine butter and lavender shortbread cookie mix until dough pulls together into a ball (about 3-5 minutes). If dough remains dry and crumbly you can use an additional 1-2 Tbsp of butter. Chill for 30 minutes. Roll dough out on a floured surface to ¼ “thickness. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut desired shape. Place ½ “apart on undressed cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bottom is golden brown. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), sugar, lavender buds.
