Lavender Scone Mix
This handcrafted gourmet scone mix offers a unique flavor. Top it with one of Lavender Thyme Garden and Herbs jams.

Recipe:
6 Tbs butter, cut into pieces
1 egg
½ cup buttermilk
Lavender Shortbread Cookie Mix
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl cut in butter with lavender scone mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk until blended; add to crumb mixture and blend until moistened. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; gently kneed 10 times. Divide dough in half; pat each portion into a 6” circle. Cut each circle into 8 wedges. Separate wedges and place 1” apart on an undressed baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 16 scones.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), sugar, baking powder, baking soda, lavender buds.
